About ZincArt — Zinc and Copper Cladding Company
A Portuguese company specialised in zinc and copper cladding, based in Porto and operating nationwide.
ZincArt is a Portuguese zinc and copper cladding company based in Porto, with national coverage. We specialise in a very specific area of construction: noble metal sheet applied to roofs, facades, rainwater drainage and architectural elements. We are not a general contractor that also happens to do zinc — we do zinc and copper, and that is what we have chosen to master.
Who we are
We have brought together a team of metalwork and sheet metal professionals with specific technical training and proven on-site experience. In eight years we have completed more than 250 projects across mainland Portugal, including standing seam roofs, ventilated facades in pre-weathered zinc, copper drainage systems and decorative elements on restoration projects. We work for private clients, architectural practices, contractors and local authorities — always to the same execution standard.
Our mission
To bring the technical and aesthetic level of European metal cladding to every Portuguese project we accept, regardless of scale. We believe that a well-designed and well-executed zinc roof is, after fifty years, more economical than any "cheaper" alternative chosen today. Our job is to make the client see this calculation — and to see, decades from now, the work still intact.
Our team
The ZincArt team combines complementary profiles: metalworkers with on-site experience, workshop fabrication technicians (cutting, folding, soldering) and project coordination for liaison with architects and engineers. We invest in continuous training, in particular on the technical systems and products of the brands we work with, and we keep our practices aligned with the recommendations of European manufacturers. Every project has a named team leader — you always know who you are speaking to.

Brands we work with
We install only zinc-titanium and copper sheet from leading European manufacturers:
- VMZINC (France) — the full range of QUARTZ-ZINC, ANTHRA-ZINC, PIGMENTO and AZENGAR finishes.
- elZinc (Spain) — rolled zinc with excellent availability across the Iberian market.
- RHEINZINK (Germany) — pre-weathered blue-grey and graphite finishes with very high colour consistency.

Where we work
We are based in Porto, but our activity is nationwide. We carry out work regularly in the following areas (among others):
- North — Porto, Braga, Viseu, Aveiro
- Centre — Coimbra, Leiria
- Lisbon and the Tagus Valley — Lisbon
- South — Faro
For projects outside these areas, we travel whenever the size of the work justifies it. If you are in another region, contact us regardless — we will quote and assess the logistics on a case-by-case basis.
